Intersect’s September 5 weekly update says MusashiNet is live and is taking stake pool operators into Ouroboros Leios testing. Work toward the Dijkstra era is progressing in parallel: Cardano node 11.1.1 is targeted for the week beginning September 7, while version 11.2 is expected to expose the main Dijkstra feature set for testing apart from the Leios work focused largely on consensus and block production.
DijkstraNet is planned as the next public testing environment. Intersect says it is expected to launch with node 11.2 and will cover the remaining Dijkstra feature set, including Plutus V4, nested transactions, CIP-50 and additional parameters. The organization is encouraging stake pool operators, node operators and ecosystem developers to join the public testnets as they become available so readiness can be assessed before the move toward protocol version 12.
On governance, Intersect confirmed that the 2026 Constitutional Committee update was ratified at the September 1 epoch boundary. DReps reached 71.95% against a 67% threshold, while SPOs reached 56.54% against a 51% threshold. The result allows the newly elected committee members to take their seats without a gap in constitutional oversight.
The same update also highlights the 2026 Intersect Board election timetable. Candidate applications close on September 11 at 12:00 UTC, voting opens September 14 and closes September 25, with results scheduled for September 28. For the Cardano ecosystem, the update ties near-term Dijkstra testing milestones to concrete governance deadlines over the same month.
