Radar prefers official announcements, status pages, developer feeds, governance updates and reputable RSS sources. Social-style signals are treated as context and must not override stronger sources.

How Radar scores trust, filters noise and rewrites source-backed events
Radar uses an official-first ingestion model, public source attribution and strict publication gates so the public feed stays useful without weakening safety or copyright boundaries.Trust and noise labels
Trust score describes source quality and attribution. Noise score describes spam, hype or weak-source risk. Neither score is a price direction, trading permission or execution signal.
Strict public promotion
Internal, manual, technical and raw provider records are excluded from public news surfaces. Public posts are gated by source quality, AI rewrite readiness, stored RU/EN translations and media availability.
AI rewrite policy
AI summaries and article bodies are stored in the Radar database before display. The browser language switch reads stored content and must not perform realtime translation. AI output must preserve source meaning and avoid unsupported facts.
Image policy
Source preview images win. Generated images are used only when a source image is unavailable, and generated image prompts forbid logos, readable text, captions, watermarks and fake brand marks.
Public safety boundary
